Stage 1 - Profile Survey
We schedule a specialized consultant visit to the requesting company, to identify the position desired profile.

STAGE 2 – CANDIDATES SEARCH
After the project approval by the client company, the responsible team starts the prospecting work with several search mechanisms, for candidates who match the required profile.

STAGE 3 – EVALUATIONS
Candidates who show a reasonable compliance level with the position requirements , are directed to several types of tests after attending a preliminary interview with a Ferrer León consultant.

STAGE 4 – PRESENTATION
After selecting a group of professionals with the desired profile for the position requirements, we send a detailed report for the requestor and we schedule the interviews with the company and the final candidates.

STAGE 5 – CONCLUSION
The requesting company chooses the final candidate and communicates to Ferrer León the end of the selection process.

STAGE 6 – MONITORING
Ferrer León follows up, with the requesting company, the candidate´s performance, during the whole warranty period, according to the contract for each case.
