She has certifications and complementary specializations in this area, with emphasis on the development and improvement of Relational Skills – Emotional Intelligence, by Six Seconds. Specialist in Human Development, working with front line professionals, as well as senior management, through programs of Performance and Leadership Coaching. She works as a Coach, Psychotherapist and Lecturer, based on Positive Psychology.
